ABBA was a famous Swedish dance and pop-rock group active in the 1970s and early 1983s. The name is an acronym for the first name of the four members: Agnetha Fältskog, Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, and Anni-Frid Lyngstad. Winning the Eurovision Song Contest brought the group to prominence in Europe and worldwide. Their breakthrough hit was Waterloo followed by other hit singles including Honey, Honey; "I Do, I Do, I Do, I Do, I Do; Mamma Mia; and Dance (While The Music Still Goes On) among others.
